We are pleased to announce we are launching the sales of the Shared Ownership properties at Eastington, Stonehouse, GL10 3XY.<\/p>\n

Priority for these homes will go to people with an Eastington Local Connection, as is explained in the documents provided below.<\/p>\n

We have 10 properties that will be available this summer and are welcoming applications. We are selling these \u2018off plan\u2019. This means that you will not be able to view the property until after the houses have been completed, and your decision needs to be made from the plans.
