Because Affordable Homes are built on \u2018exception sites\u2019, they classed in with \u2018social housing\u2019 in general – this means that \u00a0applicants will need to be on the \u00a0\u2018Homeseeker Plus\u2019 \u00a0register. \u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

The Homeseeker Plus\u00a0Partnership is a group of councils and housing providers who work together to provide homes across Gloucestershire & West Oxfordshire.<\/p>\n

Homeseeker Policy states:<\/span><\/p>\n

“Affordable Rent housing is for eligible households whose needs are not met by the market. Eligibility is determined with regard to local incomes and local house prices<\/span>.”<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

In this area, you could have a household income of up to \u00a360,000. \u00a0\u00a0You do not have to have any special social needs.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n

The Register works through an online\u00a0a bidding system. \u00a0When you register you will be advised of your eligibility and given a gold, silver or bronze classification – according to need. \u00a0Once registered you will be able to log in, on a regular basis, to\u00a0see if there are any available homes for which \u00a0you might apply \u00a0(‘bid’) .<\/p>\n

ECLT homes will be available for\u00a0people with an Eastington Local Connection, First<\/strong><\/p>\n
