Project 2 – Building Progress & photos

Significant progress by Mid-June – four pairs of timber frames underway

Two details to note: all roofs will have solar panels and (in the foreground) there are two styles of brickwork to reflect the two dominant styles in the village – traditional Stonehouse red brick and the sandy shade from the award-winning Swallowcroft 1970’s development.

If you have a couple of minutes, here’s video from 16th May (all three run together but you can exit)

May – first Timber Frame as per the videos

This Drone Shot shows the anti-clockwise sequence of building, from the two-bed semi being worked on by the crane, with the base for the pair of Maisonettes next (scaffolding arrived for that on 22nd May)
