A number of 2-bed homes remain available as at 1st June. Completion of the homes is expected by end of June.
Until 1st July, priority for these homes will go to people with an Eastington Local Connection, as is explained in the documents provided below.

The amount you buy will be based on your individual affordability and this needs to be assessed by our mortgage brokers. The minimum purchase is 10% but people generally buy more. As an illustration these are the plots with an assumed sales purchase of 40%
